When Do I Get My Disability Payment?

The Social Security Administration has provided a payments schedule for 2020. It's advisable to review everything you need to know about your benefits as well, including contacting Social Security if you have further questions.
Here is how Social Security pays your benefits:
Those born on 1st through the 10th of the month, will be paid on the second Wednesday of the month.
Those born on 11th through the 20th of the month, will be paid on the third Wednesday of the month. There is an exception to this, however, if you are receiving SSI payments, you live abroad, you filed for benefits before 05/01/1997 or the state pays for you Medicare, then you also receive your benefits payment on the third Wednesday.
Those born after the 20th of the month, will be paid on the fourth Wednesday of the month.
If any of your pay days falls on a holiday, you'll receive the payment on the day prior.
