At the start of her professional life, Madeline McIntosh was a Dental Hygienist, and then a Compliance HIPAA Manager. She worked extensively on compliance with HIPAA Regulations and other health-related matters. What's more is that she was also a teacher in Special Education, ESL and Early Childhood through 6th grade. She worked with refugees, immigrants, and low-income students.
